We’re a friendly ski hire shop in Marysville, Victoria, servicing visitors to Lake Mountain, the closest alpine resort to Melbourne.
We can equip your family with everything you need to enjoy a fun-filled day at the snow: snow chains for the drive up the hill, outerwear and boots to keep you and your family warm and dry, and a variety of toboggans, snowshoes or cross country ski gear for having fun. If you’re cross country skiing our expert staff will fit you out with top quality skis, poles and boots from well-known quality brands such as Madshus, Trab and Swix. We also sell a good selection of beanies, gloves, sunglasses and scarves and this year we’ve even opened a cafe!
The February bushfires devastated much of the Marysville region, but the town has worked hard since then to be ready for snow season and many businesses are open as normal. Well, almost normal - we’re operating out of portable buildings for 2009, so things look a bit strange from the outside, but inside it’s the same quality equipment with the same friendly smiles. :-)
