As 2010 draws to a close Lianne, myself and the rest of the team from Cross Country Ski Hire would like to wish all our customers and friends a merry Christmas and a safe and happy New Year.

The great Victorian bike ride finished in Marysville on the 5th December and didn’t the town turn it on for the riders. A superb sunny day after 9 previous days of rain and hail. Lake mountain made snow for the occasion and it was only 30 degrees celcius! Pretty impressive new snow making toy and should provide a nice top up during the leaner times. All-in-all it was great support for the town and small communities along the way.

Maysville township continues to grow and congrats to Carol for the re-opening of the post office after 2 years of operating out of a shipping container.

The rebuilding of the shops continue to gain momentum. The roof is now on, the windows and doors are in place and it would be at lock up stage if Christmas hadn’t come around so quick. Still, all on track.
